Lexam VG Gold Announces Management Changes
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, CANADA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/04/12 -- Lexam VG Gold Inc. (TSX: LEX)(OTCQX: LEXVF)(FRANKFURT: VN3A) (the "Company") announces that it has received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Thomas Meredith from the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Meredith will continue as a director of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders. The board and management will oversee the day-to-day management of the Company until such time as a successor is named.
The board wishes to thank Mr. Meredith for his long-time service to the Company and wishes him all the best in his pursuit of new endeavours.
