International Lottery & Totalizator Systems Signs Agreement to Provide New Lottery System for Sports Toto Malaysia
(firmenpresse) - VISTA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/04/12 -- INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY & TOTALIZATOR SYSTEMS, INC. (ILTS) (OTCBB: ITSI) announced today that the Company has signed an agreement with Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (STM) to supply STM with a new ILTS DataTrakII lottery system and equipment, including central system hardware and software. Additionally, under the terms of this agreement valued at approximately $4.2 million, ILTS will also provide a number of services, including licensing, installation, training and technical support.
