Employees Now Empowered to Manage Personal HR Data on the Go, 24/7
(firmenpresse) - ST. PAUL, MN -- (Marketwire) -- 01/05/12 -- , an Infor affiliate, today announced that PDS Tech, Inc., the fourth-largest staffing firm in the United Sates, is now live on Lawson . Lawson Mobile Employee enables PDS Tech employees to access personal human resource (HR) data directly from their mobile devices, helping the firm streamline many everyday HR activities and reduce administrative demands. It is the first staffing firm in the United States to offer mobile HR services to its employees.
Lawson Mobile Employee is the mobile extension of Lawson , which Dallas-based PDS Tech had previously launched to provide its more than 3,500 employees with greater visibility and accessibility to personal HR data and direct report data all from a single online access point.
PDS Tech provides temporary employees to more than 200 customers across the United States and fills more than 10,000 staffing requests per year in the areas of Aerospace and Defense engineering, CAD/CAM engineering and IT staffing and project support. Given the firm's operations are dispersed across all 50 states and the Philippines, and many of its employees are field workers, PDS Tech worked with Lawson to rollout Lawson Mobile Employee to a test group of approximately 200 employees.
