MW TOPS Global Alpha (the "Fund")
Re: Suspension of trading to the Fund
The Board of Directors of the Company announces that trading of the Fund will be
suspended from close of business on 18 January 2012. The last dealing day in
shares of the Fund will be 23 January 2012.
It is intended that the Fund will be amalgamated with effect from 31 January
2012, with Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions - Marshall Wace TOPS UCITS Fund
(Market Neutral), a sub-fund of Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions.
