(NYSE: HIH), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HSA) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors declared their monthly dividends.
Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on January 26, 2012 to stockholders of record on January 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is January 17, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $7.99 on January 5, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.01%.
Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on January 26, 2012 to stockholders of record on January 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is January 17, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $7.78 on January 5, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 9.25%.
Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on January 26, 2012 to stockholders of record on January 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is January 17, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.50 on January 5, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 8.73%.
Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.035 per share, payable on January 26, 2012 to stockholders of record on January 19, 2012. The ex-dividend date is January 17, 2012. Based on the NYSE closing price of $5.53 on January 5, 2012, the Fund's annualized dividend yield was 7.59%.
