Gendis Inc. Declares Special Dividend

(firmenpresse) - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/09/12 -- The Board of Directors of Gendis Inc. (TSX: GDS) has today declared that a special dividend of 25.0 cents per share upon the outstanding Common shares in the capital stock of the Corporation be payable January 31, 2012, to shareholders of record as at the close of business on January 19, 2012.

24.129 cents of this special dividend is designated an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
