(TSX VENTURE: CSQ)(PINKSHEETS: CNMXF)(FRANKFURT: CX6) announces that on January 10, 2012 it received acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of previously issued Warrants by one year as follows:
Other than this one year extension to the expiry date of the above Warrants, all other provisions will remain the same.
