(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/11/12 -- Goldeye Explorations Limited ("Goldeye") (TSX VENTURE: GGY) regrets to announce the resignation of Grey Furyk, CA from Goldeye's board of directors.
The board appreciates Greg's involvement with Goldeye since 2008 and 2010 as a director, as well as his insights as the chair of the audit committee. After due consideration, Mr. Furyk has decided to focus his attention on his personal and direct business activities that are demanding increased activity on his part. We wish Mr. Furyk great success in the future as he refocuses his efforts.
