HELMA Eigenheimbau AG achieves highest new order intake in company's
history of EUR 106.8 million in 2011 (+9.4%)
Lehrte, January 12, 2012 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for
individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, has
brought its 2011 financial year to a successful conclusion in terms of
sales, and reports a new record intake of new orders. For the first time in
its more than 30-year history, the company has achieved a consolidated net
new order intake (houses plus land) of significantly more than EUR 100
million. With a strong final quarter, the Group reported orders up by 9.4%
for the full year, with net new order intake rising correspondingly from
EUR 97.6 million to EUR 106.8 million. The company's continuous sales
growth, which it has already been reporting for several years, was
primarily attributable to its project business in 2011, as planned, where
sales volumes more than doubled year-on-year.
The Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG is firmly convinced that it
will continue this growth trend in the 2012 financial year due to the
current market situation, as well as in view of its successful preparation
of projects at its HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH and HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH
subsidiaries. Consequently, double-digit percentage growth in net new order
intake is anticipated for the current 2012 financial year.

The sales figures for the 2011 financial year presented above already
include all cancellations received up until the day preceding the
publication of this announcement. The previous year's figures are based on
the same reporting date to allow optimal comparability.
