Victory Ventures Arranges Private Placement

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/12/12 -- Victory Ventures Inc. (TSX: VVN)(FRANKFURT: VV0) (the "Company") has arranged a private placement of 1,000,000 Units at $0.06 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable to acquire an additional common share at $0.12 per share for a two year period. A finder's fee of 8% on a portion of the funds raised may be payable. Net proceeds will be applied to working capital.

In other news, the Company has formally terminated the agreement under which it held an option to acquire the Blustry Mountain Property located in British Columbia.
