TeleCommunication Systems to Present at the Noble Eighth Annual Equity Conference on January 17, 2012

(TCS) (NASDAQ: TSYS), a world leader in highly reliable and secure mobile communication technology, has been invited to present at the Noble Financial Capital Markets' Eighth Annual Equity Conference. The conference will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on January 17-18, 2012.
TCS management is scheduled to present on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time, with one-on-one meetings held throughout the day. Management will discuss the company's recent progress and its opportunities for growth in 2012.
Topics will include the expanding opportunities for providing cyber security services, and the recently announced second extension of the $5 billion U.S. Army World-Wide Satellite Systems (WWSS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract.
Since 2006, TCS has won about 65% of the WWSS IDIQ business it has bid on, and received funded orders totaling approximately $500 million. The company currently has more than $800 million of open orders to be funded, with about $2 billion of un-awarded contract ceiling remaining during the extension period.
