Adriana Announces Grant of Incentive Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/16/12 -- Adriana Resources Inc. ("Adriana" or the "Company") - (TSX VENTURE: ADI) announces that that it has granted incentive stock options to Directors, Officers, Employees and Consultants of the Company to purchase up to 2,275,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company subject to regulatory approvals. The options are exercisable at a price of $1.04 per share, have a term of five years and are subject to vesting restrictions.
