in connection with the capital increase of IVG Immobilien AG
registered with the commercial register (Handelsregister) of the Local
Court (Amtsgericht) in Bonn on 16 December 2011

Notification on the undertaking of stabilisation
In connection with the capital increase of IVG Immobilien AG (registered
with the commercial register (Handelsregister) of the Local Court
(Amtsgericht) in Bonn on 16 December 2011), Joh. Berenberg, Gossler&Co.
KG was authorised as set forth in the prospectus dated 30 November 2011 to
act as stabilisation manager and to take steps, by itself or through
companies with which it is affiliated, to support the stock market price or
market price of the shares of IVG Immobilien AG in order to offset any
existing selling pressure. The stabilisation period began with the
publication of the subscription price for the new shares on 30 November
2011 and ended on 13 January 2012 (30 calendar days after the subscription
period expired).
No stabilisation measures were undertaken during the stabilisation period.
