is promoted to Senior Executive Vice President, Operations, with responsibility for the financial positions of all the company's Hospital Business groups (Eligibility Enrollment Service, PayerLogic Services and Disproportionate Share Services) as well as the Health Plan Business groups (PremiumAssist Dual Eligibility Outreach and Enrollment Services and Best Benefits disability conversion services). Mr. Glaser has been a Human Arc executive over 17 years.
is promoted to Executive Vice President, Business Development and Client Relations, with responsibility for new sales, cross-selling, client retention and strategic partnerships for all Human Arc hospital and health plan product groups. Ms. Spencer has been a key management figure at Human Arc for over a decade.
is promoted to Corporate Director of Marketing and Product Development. He ensures that products and services have compelling and scalable value propositions, and he directs marketing strategies and functions, branding and sales support to that end. Mr. Mullin also directs Human Arc's product development process to ensure that new product and service concepts move efficiently through research and development to successful market launches.
