Anybill's Doing Good Is Good for Business Extends Over the Holidays

Both young mothers knew that even a little holiday spending could break their already stretched household budgets. Gifts provided by Anybill employees, however, helped alleviate the pain of these difficult circumstances.
, a leading accounting , sponsored the women through the Healthy Babies Project's (HBP's) Adopt-a-Family campaign. Anybill's interest in HBP's mission of equipping underserved D.C. women to break the cycle of poverty was very high, and many employees volunteered their time and resources to buy gifts of clothing, baby supplies and toys.
"If it wasn't for what I received from Anybill," said Rochelle, 21, "I wouldn't have had a Christmas." She and Diamond, 18, both said the company's support brought joy into their homes.
The gifts were distributed at the HBP Christmas celebration at the nonprofit's District headquarters on December 20th. The event allowed Anybill team members to meet Diamond and Rochelle and wish them, and their families, a happy holiday season. Diamond had to make four trips out of the building to carry all the gifts she received.
