Stakeholder Grants 3,050,000 Incentive Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - VAL D'OR, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 01/26/12 -- Stakeholder Gold Corp. ("Stakeholder") (TSX VENTURE: SRC) announces that it has granted 3,050,000 incentive stock options (the "Options') to certain officers, directors and consultants. The Options are subject to Stakeholder's stock option plan (the "Plan"). The Plan is a "rolling" plan whereby a maximum of 10% of the issued shares at the time of the grant are reserved for issuance under the Plan. The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.12 per share until January 25, 2017.
