AXMIN Appoints Janina Dusza Chief Financial Officer

(TSX VENTURE: AXM) ("AXMIN" or the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Janina Dusza as the Company's Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") effective immediately. In addition, Judy Webster Manager Investor Relations has been promoted to Vice President, Investor Relations.
Ms. Dusza has over 16 years of financial experience working for both, private and public companies. In addition to her financial reporting experience, Ms. Dusza has a well acknowledged auditing experience primarily in the resource sector with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Toronto. Ms. Dusza has advanced knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS regulations. Most recently, Ms. Dusza was AXMIN's corporate controller since June, 2009 and previous to that she practised as an independent financial consultant along with auditing experience and accounting positions in Mid-North Engineering Services and Europe Bound. Ms. Dusza received her BComm in Accounting from the Ryerson Polytechnic University and also holds a CPA designation.
