New number of shares in Handelsbanken
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
Due to an exchange of convertible notes in Svenska Handelsbanken AB, the number
of Class A shares has increased by 1 630 shares and the number of votes has
increased by 1 630. Following the increase, the total number of shares in
Handelsbanken is 624 064 272 of which 612 313 829 are Class A shares and
11 750 443 are Class B shares. The total number of votes in Handelsbanken is
613 488 873. The share capital amounts to SEK 2 901 898 864,80 after the
increase.
The information is that which must be made public according to the Swedish
Financial Instruments Trading Act. The information has been provided for
publication at 8 a.m. on 31 January, 2012.
