Novae Group plc
Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Novae Group plc
("the Company") confirms that, as at the close of business on 30 January 2012,
its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 65,085,640 Ordinary shares of
£1.125 each, of which 458,400 Ordinary shares of £1.125 were held in Treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 January
2012 was 64,627,240.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by
which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
