RNB coordinates logistics operations

RNB RETAIL AND BRANDS has decided to reorganize its logistics operations and is
merging the logistics departments for JC/Brothers & Sisters and Polarn O. Pyret
into one central organization located in Stockholm, Sweden.
RNB currently has a logistics department in Gothenburg for JC/Brothers & Sisters
and another that is based in Stockholm for Polarn O. Pyret. During autumn 2011,
RNB evaluated its logistics operations with the aim of identifying the optimal
structure for the Group's logistics function. The pros and cons of a central
function have been analyzed and potential economies of scale have been
identified and supplemented with a risk assessment. As a result of this
evaluation, Group management has now concluded that merging its logistics
operations to a location in Stockholm is the most advantageous solution for RNB.
The merger is deemed to provide greater organizational flexibility and increase
the transfer of logistics expertise between the concepts. Personnel at the
current office in Gothenburg will be offered the opportunity to relocate to
Stockholm in conjunction with the merger.

increase organizational flexibility and capitalize on the benefits of sharing
the same location. Proximity to related Group functions will also have a
