King & Spalding's Bruce Wilson to Join PCAOB as Director of the Office of International Affairs

Bruce Wilson, a senior counsel with King & Spalding, is joining the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board as director of the office of international affairs, the firm announced today. Wilson will lead the PCAOB's efforts to negotiate and implement cooperative arrangements with non-U.S. auditor oversight bodies and represent the PCAOB in bilateral and multilateral meetings with non-U.S. governments and regulators.

Wilson joined King & Spalding in 2010, upon his retirement from the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, where he had served for eight years as head legal officer. His move to King & Spalding coincided with the firm's opening of an office in Geneva to specialize in WTO matters.
