Greencastle Grants Stock Options

(TSX VENTURE: VGN) ("Greencastle" or the "Company"), today announces that a total of 825,000 stock options to purchase Greencastle common shares were granted to directors, officers and a consultant of the Company at an exercise price of $0.12 per share, expiring on February 3rd, 2017.
The grant of options is subject to Exchange approval.
