Cadman Announces Resignation of Director

(TSX VENTURE: CUZ.H) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Patrick Brandreth has resigned from his position as director of the Company. Mr. Patrick Brandreth was a member of the Company's audit committee and was first appointed to the Company's board of directors on January 27, 2011. The Company is in the process of searching for a replacement director.
