(Thomson Reuters ONE) -

(Oslo, 8 February 2012) Through a new operating services agreement with EDB
ErgoGroup, Trondheim municipality will benefit from completely new IT platforms
for its users. The IT platforms will provide new work platforms for users, with
updated software and quicker response times.

The agreement provides for EDB ErgoGroup to provide a new client platform for
Trondheim municipality's 11,500 users, and a new virtual education platform for
up to 20,000 pupils in Trondheim municipality's schools. Trondheim municipality
will implement a project to gain experience of the new VDI platform as a first
phase. EDB ErgoGroup will also be responsible for operating services for the new
platforms for the next 3 years.

Many of the municipality's IT users now need new equipment. EDB ErgoGroup will
therefore deliver and install 6,000 new PCs at the start of the contract.

The new platforms and PCs will ensure that Trondheim municipality's users, not
least its school pupils, have fast and reliable access to the software they
need. By using a virtual education platform, pupils will always have access to
the latest versions of approved software. EDB ErgoGroup has itself developed the
platforms that will be used by Trondheim municipality. The platforms are
specially designed to take into account the needs of municipalities, but can
also be used by other customers.

"We have developed two IT-services platforms that give users both continuous
updating of the software they use and greater flexibility in their choice of
equipment. The new services platforms will help to make it quicker to log-on to
the system, and the new VDI platform will be a real benefit for the school
sector", explains Thorolf Thorstensen, Head of IT Operations at EDB ErgoGroup

In order to ensure efficient interaction with Trondheim municipality, EDB
ErgoGroup will use automated tools throughout the delivery chain. This will give

speedier deliveries and updates for the municipality throughout the period of
the agreement, in addition to efficient operating services and follow-up. EDB
ErgoGroup will also develop an expanded network of service functions in the
local area in order to support users at the municipality's various service
locations.

The agreement with Trondheim municipality runs for 3 years, and represents total
contract value of approximately NOK 100 million. Work on Implementation of the
contract will start immediately. The agreement also includes extension options
for up to 3 years.
