China Minerals Announces Resignation of Directors and Executive Vice President
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/10/12 -- China Minerals Mining Corporation ("China Minerals" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CMV)(PINKSHEETS: HWTHF) advises that, effective immediately, Mr. Richard Barclay has resigned as Executive Vice President and Director of the Company, Mr. Michael Beley as Director and Mr. Jian Zhang as Director and Special Advisor to the Executive Chairman.
