Dust- and water proof miniature connection plugs (IP66) for single, flat and round wires
The company Kabelkonfektionswerk Schwarzwald GmbH introduces the new generation of water and dust proof plugs.
The protection mode is IP 66 and is tested according to EN 60529:1991/ DIN VDE 0470 part 1:1992-11 from the VDE Test- and Certification institute. These plugs are a real alternative to the expensive water protected metal plugs.
(firmenpresse) - The company Kabelkonfektionswerk Schwarzwald GmbH introduces the new generation of water and dust proof plugs.
The protection mode is IP 66 and is tested according to EN 60529:1991/ DIN VDE 0470 part 1:1992-11 from the VDE Test- and Certification institute. The water and dust proof 2-, 4- or 5 pole plugs from soft rubber (PVC; 85 Shore) are directly moulded to the wire. UL-versions are available upon request.
Three sealing lips laying in a serial row are blocking the ingress of water and dust.
Other cables and plugs for mechanically higher demands are also available.
Depending on the model, the smallest plug has a diameter of 6,5 mm and is just 22 mm long. For technical details please look www.kkws.de or send us your inquiry.
The plug connections in all cable types are designed to connect to sensors, solenoids, valves, electro magnets, motors, switchgear and automation purposes of all kind of branches. Quick Extension wires are a further application fort these plugs with an extraordinary price-/performance ratio. These extensions can be applied for dusty areas, shower cells, sanitary, moist or wet ambient conditions or in dirty surroundings.
More than 1000 operations (connect and disconnect) with currents up to 1 ampere are no problem.
The price performance ratio is exceptional and this product can be produced for the mass markets (sensors, valves, switchgear) as well as for single pieces. These plugs are a real alternative to the expensive water protected metal plugs.
