Aura Silver Extends Warrant Expiries
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/13/12 -- Aura Silver Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AUU) ("Aura Silver" or the "Company") announces that it intends to extend the expiry dates of certain outstanding warrants as detailed below. The subject warrants were originally issued during February, April, May and June of 2010 with an original expiry date of two years. The new expiry dates will provide a one year extension. These warrants continue to be exercisable at their original exercise prices.
These warrant expiry amendments remain subject to final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
