Changes in management

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Rolf Andersen has today resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer inthe company to seek new career opportunities. He will step down from the CFOposition as of today and will have his last working day by the end of February.Morten N?and has on a temporary basis accepted the position as the ChiefFinancial Officer as of today.  Morten N?and has been with AKVA group since2001 and is coming from the position as Deputy CEO of AKVA group. Prior to thishe has had the position as General Manager of AKVA group Chile (2006-2009) andprior to this as CFO of AKVA group (2001-2006).At the same time the General Manager of AKVA group North America, PatrickDempster has informed that he wants to return to Chile with his family laterthis year. As a consequence he will depart from AKVA group during May thisyear.  Wade Kaskiw, who is presently CFO of the Canadian operations, hasaccepted to take on the new role as General Manager for AKVA group NorthAmerica. Also Mr. Keith Richford has accepted the role as Sales and MarketManager for the North American market and he will therefore move with his familyto the main office in the West coast of Canada (Campbell River).
