Acta is granted permission to acquire Axir

(Thomson Reuters ONE) - On December 21st 2009 Acta informed the market about the company's acquisitionof the investment advisory services company Axir. The completion of thetransaction was dependent on approvals from both the Financial SupervisoryAuthority of Norway and the Norwegian Competition Authority. Acta has nowreceived such approvals, and the transaction can be completed.This information is subject of the disclosure requirements acc. to §5-12 vphl(Norwegian Securities Trading Act)[HUG#1376596]
