Jetcom Appoints VP and a BC Project Consultant
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/14/12 -- Jetcom Inc. (the "Company") (CNSX: JTM) is pleased to announce appointments of Mr. David Zamida as Vice President, Exploration and Development, and Mr. Michael Moroni as Jetcom's British Columbia Project Consultant.
Mr. Zamida is a Mineral Project Manager with 10+ years' experience in the mining industry, consisting of mineral property appraisals, mineral exploration and consultation to major, junior, public, private and government clients. With education and applied experience in contemporary applications of geochemistry and geophysics, Mr. Zamida has also evaluated hundreds of Canadian mineral occurrences; facilitating sales and joint ventures of mining properties including participation in 10+ IPO's for public mining companies. His education consists of numerous certifications and courses in mining engineering, geology and project management, through the UBC and other institutions. Mr. Zamida also created BCgold.com and is President of Geochem-X Inc.
Michael Moroni brings over 16 years' experience in the mining and forestry industries with a particular aptitude in stakeholder analysis and engagement. Mr. Moroni is particularly versed in the local and regional geo-political climate of British Columbia's mining industry, having prepared numerous notices of work, permit acquisitions, construction contracting, operations management, supervision and the co-ordination of safety programs for a large portfolio of both hardrock and placer mining clients. In addition to his extensive field expertise, Michael is proficiently skilled in GIS/GPS and other spatial analysis and integration mapping software. Mr. Moroni is President of Tracker GPS Survey and Mapping Ltd., in Quesnel, British Colombia since 1996.
