On the basis of a current case study of a leading Swiss company for control systems, Carle Lopez describes the approach from the evaluation of the actual situation, to setting of objectives, planning, realization and implementation of the sales development initiative. This project was implemented in France for a sales team of 50 employess including three members of management.
