The topic of the webinar: "The Critical Impact of Sales Leaders as Change Agents with Sales Force in order to get Results - and the related Key Success Factors." - The purpose is to highlight the key challenge that most sales organizations have to face. Due to significant change trends in their business environment, they need to develop different selling approaches. One key to success in the involvement of the sales leaders for managing this change is the leveraging the sales behaviours of their teams. This has to be supported by consistent sales process adoption. During this webinar, we will explore the key success factor for the adoption of new sales process and how to control the implementation of this change.
