The box was created to tell the story of the beer: crafted by Ferran Adrià, the sommeliers of elBulli restaurant and Estrella Damm brewmasters in Barcelona. Adrià is one of the most renowned chefs in the world, and was the co-owner and Executive Chef of the famous elBulli restaurant in Spain. This special packaging makes it an authentic gift for parties, birthdays, and other occasions.
Inedit is an alternative to wine and comes in a 750ml bottle. It is meant to be shared, making it the perfect complement to quaint dinners at home, or nights dining out with friends, co-workers, and loved ones. Inedit should be served chilled, half full in a white wine glass.
"Inedit was developed from the belief that there was a need for a beer that could complement a dining experience," said Ferran Adrià, elBulli Executive Chef. "Inedit is the fruit of more than a year and a half of collaborations and 400 trial iterations between the master brewers of Estrella Damm and the team of sommeliers at elBulli."

Inedit pairs well with all kinds of food, particularly vinegar-based ones that don't match well with wine. With its delicate carbonation, Inedit adapts to acidic, sweet and sour flavors. Its appearance is slightly cloudy, and has a yeasty sensation with sweet spices, causing a creamy and fresh texture, delicate carbonic long aftertaste, and pleasant memory. The rich and highly adaptable bouquet offers a unique personality, with a smooth yet complex taste.
Inedit launched in the U.S. in 2009. The new box started hitting shelves in January and can be found in the beer section at retailers. Inedit is served at many white tablecloth and tapas restaurants. It is brewed out of the Estrella Damm brewery in Barcelona, Spain and is imported by United States Beverage.
