Bridge Resources Corp. Reschedules Annual and Special Meeting for March 22, 2012
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/15/12 -- Bridge Resources Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: BUK) announced today that the board of directors of the Corporation (the "Board") had determined it was in the best interests of the Corporation to cancel and reschedule the annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders of the Corporation which was previously scheduled for February 10, 2012. The Board has decided to reschedule the Meeting to Thursday, March 22, 2012. The notice of meeting and record date to shareholders will be disseminated by the Corporation's registrar and transfer agent in due course.
