Barrick Gold Announces Dividend

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 02/15/12 -- All figures in US dollars

Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE: ABX)(TSX: ABX) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US15 cents per share, payable on March 15, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 29, 2012.
