(Thomson Reuters ONE) - A share capital increase in Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) following theSubsequent Offering notified 13 January 2010 has today been registered in theNorwegian Registry of Business Enterprises. As a consequence, the new sharecapital is NOK 31,393,565.25 divided on 125,574,261 shares, each with a nominalvalue of NOK 0.25.
