(firmenpresse) - MALVERN, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 02/16/12 -- Aurix, an Avaya company, has been selected by Predictive Business Intelligence, a software development company specializing in unstructured data analytics applications, to provide speech search technology, which will be incorporated into PBI's business intelligence tools.
The agreement will enable PBI and Aurix to work together in developing solutions for a diverse range of business clients. In addition, PBI will also offer Aurix expertise for development professional services to OEMs and Integrators to reduce the time to market for Speech Analytics solutions and services. In addition, PBI is providing specialised speech search technology consulting services.
As part of the first product resulting from the new developer agreement, PBI has embedded the Aurix true phonetic speech search engine into the PBI suite of analytics applications, bringing expanded business intelligence to the executive desktop.
The PBI solution focuses on delivering easy-to-use analytics, bringing together many sources of structured and unstructured data, to provide companies with a complete analytics view of activities and help enable sound business decisions.
