Caesarstone Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
(firmenpresse) - MP MENASHE, ISRAEL -- (Marketwire) -- 02/16/12 -- Caesarstone Sdot-Yam Ltd. today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. Caesarstone manufactures high quality engineered quartz surfaces, which are used in both residential and commercial buildings as countertops and other types of interior surfaces. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Caesarstone has applied to have its ordinary shares quoted on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "CSTE".
