bmp media investors AG: Revotar receives additional funding
Berlin, 20th February 2012
Revotar Biopharmaceuticals AG, one of the last four investments not part of
bmp media investors AG's (ISIN DE0003304200) current investment focus, has
successfully concluded a milestone-dependent round of financing. Three new
investors along with bmp and other existing shareholders took part in the
financing. After the round concludes, bmp will hold a 37.94% stake in the
company.
The seven-figure capital injection will secure Revotar's financing for the
2012 business year. Management and shareholders are now planning a sale of
the company, an IPO, or a licence deal with a pharmaceutical company by the
end of 2012.
