DRYWAVE Technologies, Inc. To Begin Trading on the Frankfurt Exchange
Toronto, Canada - February 20th, 2012 - DRYWAVE Technologies, Inc.
('DRYWAVE'), a developer of advanced hydrotherapy systems used to reduce
stress, relieve pain, and treat illness, will begin trading on the
Frankfurt Exchange in Q1, 2012.
DRYWAVE's flagship product offering, the SolaJet Massage System, combines a
soothing full-body wave of warm water with powerful deep tissue massage.
DRYWAVE has sold several hundred SolaJet Massage Systems in test markets
and will aggresively expand its international sales efforts in the coming
months. In 2011, SolaJet was selected as new product of the year by Costco.
'A significant body of peer-reviewed medical research has shown that the
massage can relieve pain, reduce anxiety and depression, and temporarily
reduce blood pressure,' said Todd Howe, Chief Operating Officer of DRYWAVE.
'We look forward to bringing this innovate hydrotherapy technology to
consumers in Canada, the U.S. and abroad.'
More than $2 billion is spent on massage chairs globally each year. Major
players include Osim International, with 25 percent market share and sales
exceeding $750 million. DRYWAVE's innovative hydrotherapy is preferred
8-to-1 over traditional massage chairs.
In addition to SolaJet Massage System sales, DRYWAVE intends to launch a
number of Massage Spas locations, offering affordable and convenient
massage therapy and wellness treatments. In the U.S., $5 to $7 billion is
spent annually on massage therapy each year.
'Listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will provide the capital needed to
accelerate the growth of DRYWAVE and meet existing demand for SolaJet
Massage Systems. We are also aggressively pursuing the introduction of
DRYWAVE Spas,' said Mr. Howe.
