Greenworld Wind Power Retains Suarez and Reyes to File Prospectus for
Frankfurt Exchange
Toronto, Canada - February 20, 2012 - Greenworld Wind Power Co. Ltd.
(Greenworld): Deutsche Börse symbol: GWDA (www.greenworldpower.ca), has
retained the law offices of Suarez and Reyes to conduct the necessary due
diligence and assist the Company in preparing the prospectus necessary to
upgrade its listing to the Entry Standard Market of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange by the end of September, 2012.
The First Quotation Board, on which the Company currently trades, will be
closed by the end of September, 2012. Greenworld has therefore taken the
decision to prepare a prospectus and deliver audited financial statement in
order to upgrade to the Entry Standard Market before the FQB is permanently
closed. This will allow the Company to maintain an active market for the
trading of its shares.
The Company also feels that these actions will provide improved
transparency and information to current and potential investors.
