getgoods.de submits application for inclusion in the Entry Standard
Dusseldorf, February 21, 2012 - Today, getgoods.de AG, a leading operator
of online platforms for IT and telecommunication products in the fast
growing e-commerce market, has submitted its application for inclusion in
the Entry Standard at Frankfurt stock exchange. The Deutsche Börse will
decide about the application after a detailed examination. Hauck&Aufhäuser accompanies this transaction as applicant and Deutsche Börse
Listing Partner.
By upgrading its stock market listing to the Entry Standard segment,
getgoods.de AG commits itself to higher transparency and stricter
communication guidelines for the benefit of its shareholders and investors.
According to Entry Standard rules, companies have to publish their audited
full-year financial statements within six months as well as an interim
report within three months after the end of the fiscal year/half-year.
Furthermore, companies in the Entry Standard are also obliged to disclose
important developments through the publication of 'quasi ad hocs'.
