Metso has received an arbitration award in its favor amounting to EUR 10 million
plus around EUR 2 million in interest. The arbitration process was related to
a large project delivery in Turkey. The arbitration tribunal denied
substantially the claims made against Metso and its decision is final. Metso
will book the amount awarded in its financial statements when the payment has
been received.
