That evening, Fred McMahon, Fraser Institute vice-president of international policy research and coordinator of the survey, will discuss the global rankings and survey results during a presentation sponsored by Fasken Martineau beginning at 6:00 p.m. (Eastern) at the Bay Adelaide Centre in Toronto.
