In this session, "A Practical Guide to New Retirement Plan Fee Disclosure Rules," they will offer a step-by-step approach to ensuring compliance of the new regulations and will cover:

Actionable to do list to stay in compliance
In addition, both Wray and Ed Ferrigno, Vice President of Washington Affairs, will comment on the new regulations during their general sessions. A panel of plan sponsors from large and small companies will also discuss how their firms are approaching the reality of the new regulations. In addition, Ian Kopelman, ERISA Practice Leader at DLA Piper, and Stephen McCaffrey, Senior Counsel, National Grid U.S., will conduct an "Ask the Experts" workshop to entertain follow-up questions on this important topic.
