(Thomson Reuters ONE) - Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd Appointment of advisersRoad Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, 29( )January 2010.Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd ("Chaarat" or "the Company") (AIM:CGH) is pleased toannounce the appointment of Westhouse Securities Limited as its nominatedadviser and joint broker and the appointment of Mirabaud Securities LLP as itsjoint broker, with immediate effect.ChaaratChaarat is an exploration company operating in the Kyrgyz Republic with itscurrent main activity being the development of the Chaarat project (the"Project"). The Project is situated within the Middle Tien Shan Mountains ofKyrgyzstan which form part of the Tien Shan gold belt. The Company has thus fardelineated a JORC compliant mineral resource of 3.34Moz at a grade of 4.30 g/tgold. A scoping study demonstrating the economic viability of the Project wascompleted at the end of 2008. The Company is currently in the process ofcompiling a pre-feasibility study. Following the continuous exploration worksundertaken during 2009 the Company expects to announce an updated resourcereport in the first quarter of 2010.
