                                       FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Southampton, PA, USA, February 23, 2012 - Environmental Tectonics Corporation's
("ETC" or the "Company") Simulation Division, located in Orlando, FL, has
contracted with the Netherlands Institute for Safety ("NIFV") for the delivery
of three additional Advanced Disaster Management Simulator (ADMS(TM)) training
systems.   The virtual reality training systems will be used at NIFV, the Police
Academy, and several Safety Regions for single- and multi-agency emergency
services training.

The ADMS systems feature ETC's Signature Simulation Technology and the new
SmartModel(TM) library which enhances exercise development and creativity by
allowing unlimited scenario capabilities.  The chosen simulation systems are
portable and will allow both in-residence training and deployment to off-site
locations.  Incident locations within the virtual city include residential,
warehouse, highways, airport and seaport, and an underground parking garage,
tunnel and metro station.

Eric Didderen, Senior Trainer-Adviser at NIFV said, "The new systems will
further enhance our ability to provide training system support to the Police
Academy and regional Training Institutes.  As with our other systems, these new
systems feature 'true simulation' through embedded physics, artificial
intelligence, and scenario flexibility that allow trainees to fully immerse
themselves in the exercise, with real-time results to their actions.  We are
very pleased that we are able to offer this level of training to our
clients, training that will ultimately save lives."

NIFV is a national center of expertise with four Academies: Fire Academy,
Academy for Crisis Management, Emergency Medical Service Academy and Academy for
Leadership.  Since 2001, NIFV has trained thousands of emergency responders and

crisis management teams using ETC's ADMS technology.  With this order, NIFV
further increases its training capabilities with more than 30 simulation
systems, which are used as individual training stations or networked to provide
team training.  NIFV is scheduled to hold an ADMS-NIFV User's Conference on
April 17(th), 2012 and an ADMS Demo Day on May 14(th), 2012.

"NIFV is a highly respected organization and this contract is testament to the
value that NIFV places on the quality of its training," said Marco van
Wijngaarden, President of ETC Simulation. "We look forward to a continued
relationship with NIFV and its network of ADMS clients in the Netherlands."

About ADMS

ADMS(TM) is a high-fidelity Virtual Reality Simulation Training Stage that
houses multiple products including Incident Command training from technical to
strategic level (ADMS-Command), driver training and vehicle operation (ADMS-ARFF
and ADMS-Drive) and multiple level police coordination for crowd management and
riot control (ADMS-Control).  ETC's signature technology blends physics-based
simulation, embedded artificial intelligence, accurate animations, photo-
realistic graphics, ambient sounds, vehicle controls, and motion platforms to
totally immerse trainees in the exercise.  ADMS enables first responders and
emergency managers to prepare at all levels of response in a safe, economical
and environmentally-conscious way.
