its shareholders, Amadeus General Partner Limited, HarbourVest International
Private Equity Partners IV - Direct Fund L.P., and EEP Managers Ltd, have sold
in total 2,042,522 shares, representing 7.4 % of the total number of outstanding
shares and votes in the company.
