AG as designated sponsor
Düsseldorf, 24.02.2012 - The GDC Game and Download Company AG contracted
Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG as designated sponsor at the Frankfurt
Exchange. The renowned company from Frankfurt am Main will assure the
continuous trading on the electronic market platform XETRA.
'No listed company in Germany can take the risk of ignoring the most
important German market place. Signing a designated sponsor, who regularly
receives outstanding AA ratings from the Deutsche Börse AG, was therefore a
logic decision. We are very satisfied with having contracted Renell
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG as a designated sponsor. In addition, we are
confident that in undertaking the step of permitting continuous trading of
our stock on XETRA the company will gain further attention from
