Ressources Appalaches: Payment to Service Provider

(firmenpresse) - RIMOUSKI, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/24/12 -- Ressources Appalaches (TSX VENTURE: APP) has agreed to issue 1, 000, 000 common shares to a financial advisor for services provided to the company. The services include Dufferin deposit evaluation and financing study. The share issuance is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Founded in 1994, the goal of Ressources Appalaches has been to discover and develop deposits of base and precious metals in Canada, and more especially in Quebec and Nova Scotia. Appalaches is now mainly focused on the development of the Dufferin gold mine in Nova Scotia.
